Weekend Reception
Bear Ridge Destination
We have rented two homes, side by side, at Bear Ridge Destination in Clymer, NY. These cabins combined have enough room for all invited guests to stay. Bedrooms will be private, but bathrooms and living spaces will be shared.

Friday Evening Cabin Reception
Guests may start arriving at 6 PM. Catered dinner to be served at 7 PM.
Attire is semi-formal.
Dinner will be followed with general party merriment and wedding games.
There will be a videographer present with us for about 3 hours to film the event and for guest interviews.
Saturday Festivities
Attire is casual; we just wanted a day to spend time with our closest friends, and for everyone to just get a chance to hang out.
Schedule will be very relaxed, with a variety of activities to partake in on site (hiking, volleyball, catch & release fishing, campfire).
Food and snacks will be available throughout the day in a cookout / "help yourself" fashion.
Sunday Morning - the after party
Check out is at 10:00 AM
We'll be serving breakfast throughout the morning as everyone is getting ready to head home.
